Shawn Ringel brings 30 years of dealership expertise to Next Level DS, having launched his career as a parts clerk at Toyota and rapidly ascending to leadership roles that bridge sales and service. A 2008 NADA Dealer Academy graduate, he has transformed struggling operations into high-performing, profit-driven successes with a collaborative, "team first" culture.
